It is safe to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and the flu shot at the same time, so if you’re receiving your flu shot and still have yet to receive a first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, now is the time. The Outpatient Pharmacy at the Toronto General Hospital offers both the COVID-19 vaccine (call ahead) and the flu vaccine (walk in) from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays, subject to availability.
Note: Patients must have a clinic or pharmacy appointment to be able to enter Toronto General Hospital. Caregivers must show proof of full vaccination for entry.
