We’re back this year with more online group programs about different food and nutrition topics. Please note, unfortunately these are only available to residents of Ontario. Here is a list of the topics and dates:
Meal Planning Support Group (for individuals with 22q only):
This group program is about meal planning; meeting virtually each week to learn a new tip and working together to set a meal planning goal for the following week. There will also be follow-up meetings after the first month, to help participants stay motivated. Only 7 spots available.

This online program is about mindful eating: how it can help manage appetite and cravings, and what practices can be used to eat mindfully.

All About Iron and Vitamin B12:
This online program is about low iron and vitamin B12: what does it mean to have low iron and vitamin B12 for people with 22q and how to raise these levels through healthy foods and supplements.

All About Healthy Weight in 22q:
This online program is about healthy weight. Understand weight, how it changes for people with 22q, how to lead a healthy lifestyle and have a positive outlook about your weight.

How to Make a Healthy Snack:
In this online program we will prepare a simple, no-cook healthy snack together. You’ll receive a short ingredients list beforehand, so you can buy the ingredients and participate right at home!

Mindful Eating Monthly:
In this online workshop we will learn what mindful eating is and practice strategies for mindful eating. Each month we will try out different ones.
